NEXO Bot Privacy Policy

At NEXO, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Data Collection and Usage
NEXO only collects the minimum amount of data necessary for the bot's functionality. This includes:
- User IDs: To manage user-specific features like XP levels, warnings, and custom settings.
- Guild (Server) IDs: To store server-specific configurations like moderation settings, command prefixes, and channel configurations.
- Message Content: For features that require reading messages, such as moderation, AI interaction, or command execution. This data is not stored long-term and is processed in real-time.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the bot to function on Discord.
2. Use of AI Models
Some features of NEXO utilize advanced AI models for tasks like image generation and text translation. We want to be explicit about how your data is handled in this process:
- No Training on User Data: We do not use any user-generated content, including messages, images, or any other data, to train our AI models or third-party AI models. Your interactions are used solely to generate a response for your specific request and are not stored for future training.
- Data Anonymization: Any data sent to third-party AI services is anonymized as much as possible to protect your identity. For example, your Discord User ID is not included in API calls to these services.
3. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any data we hold about you. If a user or server leaves the bot, all associated data is automatically scheduled for deletion within 30 days. To request an immediate data wipe, please contact our support team through the official support server.
4. Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and through our official Discord announcements channel.
